Dr. Vinay Raj is an ENT surgeon with more than a decade of experience. He was Associate Professor and ENT Consultant at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai (July 2013 – December 2023), and has worked as an ENT consultant at Specialists Hospital, Kochi, and Varma Hospital, Thrippunithura.

• Endoscopic and microscopic ear surgery — tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery
• Transnasal endoscopic skull base surgery — endoscopic CSF leak repair, and excision of olfactory neuroblastoma and nasal tumours
• Endoscopic nasal surgery — FESS, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and endoscopic maxillectomy

• Otology: myringotomy, myringoplasty, stapedectomy, endoscopic tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy, cortical and modified radical mastoidectomy
• Rhinology and skull base: septoplasty, FESS, nasal bone fracture reduction, coblation turbinoplasty, endoscopic maxillectomy, CSF leak repair and anterior skull base surgery
• Airway, head and neck: laser/coblator adenotonsillectomy, elongated styloid process excision, microlaryngeal surgery, tracheostomy, wide excision of oral cavity tumours, neck dissection, thyroidectomy, thyroglossal and branchial cyst excision, submandibular gland excision, drainage of deep neck abscesses, repair of open neck wounds and laryngectomy
